You pay me

The management. $499 once to build the whole thing, then 10% of what you spend. Writing the ads, making the creative, and shutting off whatever wastes money.

You pay Meta

The ad spend. Your card, straight to Meta. It never passes through me, and you can log in any time and see every dollar of it.

Free, and first

Your Google listing

The map result people tap before they look at anything paid. It costs nothing to run, it gets clicked more than the ads sitting above it, and it does not switch off the day you stop paying. This comes first, always.

Facebook and Instagram. Which of the two, or both, depends on where your customers actually spend their time, and we settle that before any money moves. A split budget learns nothing.

Where they land

Ad traffic never goes to your homepage, because a homepage is a menu. It gets its own page that says the one thing they came for, with a call button that follows them down the screen. This is half the money.

Two honest things before you start. Month one usually looks like nothing, because the free listing is a slow burn and that is it working correctly. And I will not quote you a price per customer yet. Every published number for this is American. I would rather run yours for sixty days and then tell you the real one.

When do I pay?

Nothing up front. You see the finished site, you approve it, then you pay, and it is live the same day.

How long does it take?

Most sites are live in about a week, once I have your photos and details.

Can I see it before I commit?

Yes. I build you a free mockup of your own site first, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Do I have to take a monthly plan?

No. Care, ads and the CRM are all optional and all month to month. Plenty of people take a site and nothing else.

Do I actually own it?

Yes, outright. The site and the domain are in your name, not mine, and nothing is rented from me.

Will I show up on Google?

Your site is written for search and submitted with a sitemap from day one, and the ads package builds your Google Business Profile out properly. Climbing past businesses already ahead of you is ongoing work, not a box that gets ticked at launch.

Do I pay you for the ad spend?

No. Ad spend goes on your own card, straight to Meta, so you see exactly what it costs. My fee is 10% of what you spend, and nothing else.

Which ads do you run?

Meta ads, which means Facebook, Instagram, or both. Which one depends on where your customers actually spend their time, and we decide that before any money moves.

What is a CRM and do I need one?

Software that remembers every customer you have had and follows up on its own. If your customers come back every few years, it quietly pays for itself. From $599 to build, then $99 a month.

What do you need from me?

Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, and a list of what you do. That is usually it.
