Websites for local businesses in Medicine Hat. Flat prices, and you pay nothing until it is live.
The website. You pay one time, you own it. Nothing is rented from me.
The plan. Keeps it running and gets you found on Google. Start it later, or never.
Recent work. mrhi.ca·shelbypavlovic.com
Every build is set up for Google properly. Climbing past your competition is ongoing work, so that part lives in the monthly plans.
Month to month, no contract. If it stops earning its keep, one message and it stops. Phone company texting fees are passed to you at cost, usually under $20 a month.
The management. Building the ads, picking the words, shutting off whatever wastes money. It is already inside your monthly plan. There is no separate ad fee.
The ad spend. Your card, straight to Google. It never passes through me, and you can log in any time and see every dollar of it.
The map result people tap before they look at anything paid. It costs nothing to run, it gets clicked more than the ads sitting above it, and it does not switch off the day you stop paying. This comes first, always.
Google for trades and services, because someone typing "electrician near me" already has their wallet out. Facebook and Instagram for salons and realtors, where the job is getting known rather than getting found. One of the two, never both at once. A split budget learns nothing.
Ad traffic never goes to your homepage, because a homepage is a menu. It gets its own page that says the one thing they searched for, with a call button that follows them down the screen. This is half the money.
Two honest things before you start. Month one usually looks like nothing, because the free listing is a slow burn and that is it working correctly. And I will not quote you a price per customer yet. Every published number for this is American. I would rather run yours for sixty days and then tell you the real one.
When the site is live and you are happy with it. Nothing up front.
Most sites are live in about a week, once I have your photos and details.
Yes. I build you a free mockup of your own site first, so you know exactly what you are getting.
No. It is optional. Start it later, or never.
Yes. The site and the domain are in your name, not mine.
Your site is built for it from day one. Climbing past the businesses already ahead of you is ongoing work, so that part lives in the monthly plans.
No. Running the ads is inside your monthly plan. What Google charges goes on your own card, so you see exactly what it costs.
That depends what one customer is worth to you. I ask a few questions about your jobs and work the number back from there. I will not guess at it.
Any time. It is month to month, and there is no contract.
Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, and a list of what you do. That is usually it.
You are up a ladder and the phone rings. You cannot get it. Nine seconds later that customer gets a text from your number, without you doing a thing.

That customer was going to call the next guy. Your number never changes, and you reply from your own phone like normal.
I build you a free mockup of your own site first. No charge, no commitment. If you like it I finish it, and you pay when it is live. If you don't, you have lost nothing.
